Talantir was founded in 2025 by Andrii Zupko (CEO/CTO), together with a team of education, AI, and HR specialists.
While navigating hiring as both candidates and employers, the founders saw the limitations of résumé-based screening: bias, inefficiency, and a mismatch between formal credentials and real skills.
